Full-mouth bridge cost — what to expect.
Full-mouth bridge work is one of the bigger investments in dentistry. Here's the honest range, what drives the cost, and what UNO includes in a quote.
The honest range.
A traditional full-mouth bridge (upper + lower fixed bridges) in SF generally runs $25,000–$50,000. An All-on-4 or All-on-X implant-supported option runs $30,000–$60,000 per arch. The total depends on extractions, bone grafting, the lab, and the material.
What's included.
Diagnostics (CBCT, scans), all surgical placements, temporary prosthesis you wear during healing, the final prosthesis, and follow-up adjustments. We give you a single written number — not phase-by-phase surprises.
Why UNO refers the most complex cases.
Full-arch and full-mouth cases benefit from a coordinated team — an oral surgeon for placements, a prosthodontist for the prosthesis design, a lab with All-on-X experience. We do the planning and coordination; we partner with specialists we trust.
Common questions.
Is this covered by insurance?
Most PPOs partially cover the restorative side (crowns, bridges) but not implant placements. We verify and itemize what's covered before treatment starts.
Can I finance it?
Yes — HFD plans up to 60 months are designed for cases this size. We'll work the math with you.
How long does it take start to finish?
4–9 months for a fully integrated final prosthesis. You wear a comfortable temporary in the meantime.
Considering full-mouth work?
The consult is the most important step — it tells you what's actually needed and what it really costs.
