Before you arrive

We'll send a digital intake form by email so your first visit is paperwork-free. We'll also verify your insurance benefits in advance.

At the office

A friendly welcome, a tour of our space, and a cup of something warm. Then a thorough exam, X-rays, and a cleaning.

After your visit

You'll leave with a clear, written treatment plan if anything needs attention — and a transparent price for any work you choose to do.

Insurance & payment

We make the money part simple.

We accept most major PPO insurance and offer flexible financing if you're paying out of pocket. No insurance? Our in-house GleamBar membership covers your routine care for one flat monthly fee.

Most PPO plans accepted — United Concordia, GEHA, Guardian, Sun Life, Ameritas, UnitedHealthcare, Principal, Lincoln Financial, Cigna, Careington, Humana Dental, and Mutual of Omaha. We verify benefits before your visit.
CareCredit & HFD financing — 0% promotional financing on most treatments. Apply in our office or online.
GleamBar membership — Unlimited cleanings, exams, and X-rays for a flat monthly fee — no insurance needed.
